All financial payments are paid directly to landlords.

IRS Regulations

We require the IRS form W-9 from every landlord in order to be in compliance with government regulations. We cannot send rent subsidy checks unless we have received this form from the recipient’s landlord.

Mercy House Minneapolis is a private operating foundation with nonprofit status.
